Amalgamation was installed at the Starline Factory, Harvard, IL. for a rustic-style wedding ceremony. The piece was suspended as a scrim behind the bride and groom during their nuptials. Details within the work include small hand-cut flowers and birds that were removed from the piece and hand-stitched back onto other areas of the paper, adding texture and intricacy to a colorless surface. Conceptually, the garden gates allude to a bountiful future.
